so this is a manufacturer of specific speaker frame for this car so we want to retain the frame but cut the speaker out and replace it with a new speaker so that's what we're going to show you how to do okay we're going to start by removing this door panel to get to the speaker so we have a little tweeter unit over here what we have to do is pull on just pops right off and then you have a Philips head screw behind this panel pop the panel off and remove these Philips head screws there's a little panel right underneath here all right so we have these push pins that secure the door panel to the door I'll be using this tool which is a panel separator tool so let's do is create a little bit of a gap here put this in between pull up like that so go around the perimeter of the panel now the door should be able to come off rather than disconnect all these electrical fittings I'm just going to
