today we're removing the rear door panel and 6x8 Ford speaker from a Ford Escape we're gonna start with our pry bar and move to the back panel along the top of the door panel prying this panel from the door Ford clips are very difficult you may have a hard time removing this panel but it will pull back and release check for any clips that remained with your phillips screwdriver remove the one screw at the bottom of the hand hold with a picker pry tool at the door lock and door handle area open the small panel to access a phillips screw and remove this screw once the screw is removed you can wiggle this panel loose a little pry pressure may help remove it as well but you can free it up and remove it over the door open handle this will allow you to set the panel to the side with your pry bar move to the bottom front edge of the door panel drying along the bottom of the door panel up the b
