today removing the front speaker from a GMC Envoy start at the front leading edge of the panel at the top and pulling the small portion of this panel back releasing one clip with our pry bar we're going to pry the panel from around the door handle there are two clips at the leading edge and two clips at the back of this that need to be released remove this panel and set it to the side with our pry bar pry up on the front leading edge of the control panel releasing one clip the back edge of this panel has two clips that need to be released pull it up out of the opening and access these connectors it push the trigger down on them to release the lock and wiggle loose with this panel removed we've exposed one hidden screw going into the door panel remove the screw and in the hand hold there's one screw going towards the back of the door panel remove this screw as well now remove the second
