how you add an employee to the software. So what we're going to do is I'm going to click
on this top line. We're going to enter in the user's name. In this case, we're going
to use "John Smith." We type that in and type in the middle initial. If you had a badge here, you could enter the
badge number. In this case, we don't, so we're just going to not type one in. Then we're going to click ENTER to save that
into the system. Now that we have John Smith set up in the
software and know that his user ID is UserID 1, we're going to go ahead with that information
