welcome this tutorial is a quick overview of the primary functions in your tax software you'll find that using your software is as easy as one two three let's take a closer look step one is to create a company click companies and employees in the menu and then manage companies and employees click add new company and now you can enter all your company information in the data fields the software will prompt you if you haven't completed all the required fields once all your information is entered you can click Save and add another if you have more companies to setup or just click Save now that you have created a company the company details will be displayed at the top of the manage companies and employees screen and you are now ready to add employees step two is to create an employee if you have more than one company to set up you will first have to select the company from the company drop
