Cook'n Deep Fried

[Music] hi everybody and welcome back to cook and share today on this episode we're making up an appetizer deep fried mushrooms they're quick simple and delicious and you can serve them up with your favorite main dish so let's get started we're going to begin making the batter by adding the flour to a mixing bowl followed by the water the egg the garlic powder which is totally optional salt freshly ground pepper and we're going to give this a whisk until everything is nicely combined what I have here are some button mushrooms and before I use them I'm just going to give them a quick wipe off with some paper towels and I'm just going to slice them into quarters now these are fairly large button mushrooms but you can use just about any size you want if you're using a smaller mushroom you might just want to slice them in half next what you need to do is add the mushrooms to the batter and
