[Music] hi Jim Neyland with event sound and lighting in this video we're going to talk about the countryman ISA 'kx ear set let's start with what the ear set is typically used for you can use it in a theater application you see a lot of Ministers wear them you also see corporate meetings people will wear them it's very sleek they sound really good they're just a great mic to have so let's start and show you some of the features of the mic this is an omnidirectional mic meaning it picks up kind of everywhere there is a cap on it so there's a like a pop filter or a windscreen I guess a lot of people on the end very very tiny so hard to see the cable is detachable if you take say your fingernails and kind of pull apart you'll see that the cable comes apart so you can put on a new cable if you have a bad cable it's pretty easy to do you push it in and you'll hear a little click and it's all
