○ Size L 29cm for US Men's Size 8-12 or Women's Size 9-14
○ Size M 25.5cm for US Men's Size 6-8 or Women's Size 7-9
○ Size S 23.5cm for US Women's size 5-6 or Big Kids 4-5.5

Instruction for Sizing and Cutting:

1. Remove the original insoles from your shoes,
   2. Place the insoles on top of the COZY DIO insoles,
   3. Align the two insoles by lining up the back of the heel,
   4. Use a mark pen to draw a cutting line on COZY DIO Insoles by tracing along the toe section of the old insole,
   5. Cut the COZ DIO insoles along the cutting line,
   6. Insert the CODY DIO Insoles into your shoes and enjoy.

Please Note:

⁂ If your shoes become too tight after inserting the insoles, please remove the old insoles.
⁂ Insoles should be replaced on a regular basis for odor prevention and better foot health,so we recommend changing insoles every six months.
