hi and welcome to the computer lab a YouTube channel and this is just a quick video on how to connect and set up your blue Yeti mic on your Mac I was currently just recording a new video and I was when a problem with my blue Yeti mic and I couldn't just source out what it was in the settings as it happens it's a lead issue but if I just do a quick video on setting it up and how to just check for any issues input volume etc so first thing you need to do just to check to see if first if your microphone is recognized is go into system preferences so down into the dock at the bottom here click on your system preferences icon and then once you in the system preferences menu and need to go to the sound icon click on that depending on which tab is highlighted here it's currently sits on the output you need to go to your input because that's what you're doing even put in the sound for the micro
