hey everyone it's bill vp automotive today we're going to cover the difference between standard primary wire and txl wire txl wires what all major auto manufacturers use in automotive engine harnesses it has superior temperature chemical and abrasion resistance so this is a China harness that we done a review on so quite a long video but if you look through our other videos you'll find it so I got to wondering why the splices were just taped and not heat shrunk so you can see right here's a splice and it's just taped so right here we have a splice that I uncovered during that video unwrap the tape took it off and here's another splice this splice I tested you know and you can see right here where the wire shriveled up and burnt and this is just from a heat gun so I haven't touched this splice and we're gonna go over that and the video will show show it with the heat gun and what happens
