DC Feed-Through Jack/Coupler 2.1mm Center Pin Gold

[Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] hey everybody its Steve wanted to tell you about how I fix my Korg x50 synthesizer when you plug in the power supplies it's a bad connection so you just slightly waggle it and the power keeps going out so you can see it it's just intermittent decided to go in and figure out how to fix this on the back and basically replace the jack I bought this Jack from Radio Shack DC power jack female and I'm gonna drill a big hole and I'm gonna put this jack in taken apart you can see that the where the power jack is connected to the back it's on its own little circuit board right here so we're gonna remove this circuit board the actual power jack is soldered on to this board here so we're gonna have to bypass these connections and we have to make sure which one is positive and which one is negative this one's - and this one's plus sure this one's - this
