right now I'm going to show you how to do incline bench cable flyes it's very important bring your bench over place it directly in the center of the cable system you're going to be using the D handles bring the weights around come to your bench take a seat feet firmly on the floor reach over grab your other D handle this exercise is easier if you have a spotter to hand you these handles lay back on this machine keep your back nice and flush with the back pad bringing the weight straight around to the middle of your chest exhale inhale on the way back exhale maintain proper form stay in control of these weights making sure you don't drop too far slightly bending your elbows just like you're hugging a tree bring those weights around and return after you finish the exercise safely return the D handles back to the starting position just remember keep those feet firmly planted on the floor y
