hello this is Michael client has brought me their laptop it's a dell inspiron five five five nine now what's happening is the computer is running very very slowly and the battery is not charging you can see down there it's plugged in but not charging the main reason it's low is that the is that the CPU is running at point four gigahertz when it should be running at I think 2.6 gigahertz I've restarted the computer and it's saying the AC adapter can't be determined right now I've got it connected with a 90 watt universal adapter and it only requires a 45 watt adapter so that should be plenty I'm going to turn it off there so this is the original and it's definitely loose if I turn it on here hold it just right it will come on and the computer works but if I just move the the cable a little bit the adapter on the outside there you saw it switch to a dimmer screen and since the battery's n
