Dell JC972 Cooling Fan Assembly for PowerEdge 2950 Server

all right for those of you that want to quiet down your Dell 2950 series I've got a video here for you too for that we're going to replace some fans inside of it that are going to quiet down quite a bit so what I have here is a twenty nine fifty with stock fans and also a single power supply the drives are pulled so we don't measure that sound level so here we are signe the server is turned off and we'll turn it on to get our first reference point alright this servers going to post we've got about 60 to 63 dB we're about halfway through post run a power off and switch out the pants okay sort of well into post about halfway into it quite a difference only a fan change okay stay tuned for the rest of the video and I'll show you how it's done alright so here we have the actual finished product of what this fans look like you can see on the right hand side here the original factory fan on i
