installing the fuser maintenance kit on the Dell M 5200 and W 5300 series printers be sure you turn your printer off and allow it to cool for 30 minutes before beginning the procedure remove the top cap the fuser cover wick open the read drive door on the rear of the printer and it snaps off remove the two screws located on the rear read rive once the screws are out there are two clips on the top of the reed drive grasp the clips and the reed drive will come away from the unit locate the two screws holding the fuser in and remove the screws from the tab on each side of the fuser next you want to remove the sensor cable and the power cable from the fuser the fuser will slide out and you can remove the cable through the guide on the side of the fuser take your new fuser remove the wedges insert your new fuser make sure your sensor cables out of the way and the power cable gets thread it b
