in this video we're gonna be looking at an upgrade to adele optiplex 70 60 I've already gone ahead and I've already removed the spin drive from this unit it was previously located over here in the slot I've already removed the housing for that kept that in place so what I've done is I've upgraded it to a solid-state drive this is the drive here and it's basically a chip such as this and you insert it into the drive and it becomes a solid-state drive next what I did was I upgraded the amount of memory in here so to get to the memory you're gonna take off this entire piece here you're gonna press this inward and then basically just flip it over it's going to expose your memory over here now in this case I simply increase the memory from two single sticks of four gigs to one 8 gig stick the reason for that is because I can now upgrade this even further to 2 8 gig sticks and be able to have
