hi i'm james and today we are looking at this dell latitude e5250 laptop and we are going to be looking at replacing the battery and also how we would go about replacing the hard drive and the memory modules so to start off with we have six screws in the base which we need to go ahead and remove and with this done we can use fingernails but in this case i'm just going to use the pry tool just because it's easier and we have a little notch here which we're just going to push the pry tool in and pull off the base so dead easy laptop to get into this being one of the latitude range it's obviously a bit more business orientated than a lot and that does just make it a bit easier to work with to remove the battery the first thing we're going to do and if you're doing any other work should do this is just pull up this tab to disconnect it from the machine and that way you know everything is po
