hey what's up everybody on YouTube in this video I want to be showing you how to factory reset your LG and this is the model number on this one is the LG ms 769 so I'm going to show you how to soft reset it which is if you can get into the settings of the phone and I'm going to show you how to hard reset it which is you have a password and you can't get into it by doing the hard reset you'll be able to get into the phone and start using it again okay once the phone is on all you have to do is you're going to go to the settings studying's right here up then once you're in setting you're going to just head down towards this backup and reset you can see it there in fact every sign then on the bottom here it's going to say factory data reset you're going to select that you're going to select reset phone down here and then you're going to confirm by pressing erase everything once you do that
