hi i'm billy sole senior account manager here at rapid packaging today we're going to talk about carton sealing tape and how to seal your boxes the correct way [Music] first thing we need to talk about is what kind of boxes are we using are we using corrugated that is recycled are we using brand new corrugated are we using reused boxes there's a correct tape to use on every one of those kind of boxes the one type if we're using a brand new carton we want we can use both acrylic and hot melt adhesive if you're using recycled corrugated chances are we need to go something with a little more aggressive adhesive probably something that's definitely a hot melt adhesive if we're using recycled material or reclaimed boxes we might want to use a water activated paper tape or a hot melt adhesive when we talk about carton sealing tape first thing is hot melt adhesive they're all polypropylene car
