 💗6.The sim card can work and it accepts calls, you can not sync it with the app, it just means that the phone is offline.

For the device offline issue, that's because you need send correct APN command to watch sim card number. Any setting

How to set up:

1. Activate the watch sim card , be sure the sim is activated with Voice,Text and Data plan, no PIN code;

2. Turn the watch off first then insert the sim to watch; (Please note the chip angle when inserting the sim card)

3. Create an account in App "setracker"

4. Via your Phone Message App（Not Setracker）send APN command to watch SIM card number.
