If you don't have any design ideas of your own you can download some for free from my website. I'm using some 2 millimeter craft foam, a couple different kinds of 6 millimeter foam and a 10 millimeter thick foam mat. Once you've printed off your patterns there are two ways to transfer the pattern to the foam. The first way, which is what I would normally do, is just to cut out the pattern and then trace it on to the foam. This takes a little bit longer but I find it makes it easier when you're cutting.
