It is hypoallergenic, lead, and tarnish-free. It is extremely strong and durable. Cleaning and Care: Use lotion-free liquid soap to wash your necklace thoroughly. This will keep the engraved wordings vivid and black and removes trapped body lotion or lint from inside of the writings. Utilize a lint-free cloth (microfiber towel) to dry it by dabbing on the surface (if one isn't handy, use any cloth or paper towel). Dab on the engraving portion instead of rubbing against it (rubbing a regular towel will cause lint to get trapped on engraving surface). Remove any cloth lint from its surface using scotch tape (moving masking tape). Attached and remove the tape on the engraving area to lift any remaining residue from the engraving section.
