**Manual**
1. Before you perform cupping therapy, check the inside of cup is clean.
2. Choose an appropriate size of cup.
3 Connect the connectors, cups, and pump and place the cup on the approproated part of body.
4) Draw the pump gun to withdraw air from the cup.
5) Remove connector to leave cup attached to skin by vacuum pressure.
**Precautions**
1. Start gently and gradually increase the pressure level.
2. Do not rush the procedure so that cupping treatment is a comfortable procedure.
3.If skin is very dry, bathing with warm water and application of skin lotion can be helpful
4. Patients with the following conditions should only be treated with cupping on the advice of a specialist: Cardiovascular Disease / Weak Heart / Pregnancy / Severe Anemia / Extremely Fragile Health
5. Cupping therapy should be used once a day and increased to twice daily where suitable
