[Music] you you all right so we review a lot of tech on this channel this is another thing that I found that I actually liked so I thought I would share it now this is something I got from Walmart I was looking for a fitness tracker but I did wanted something that didn't hook to the phone and tell me like my text said I want to be able to answer the phone from and I just wanted to do basic things I wanted to basically be a pedometer so I can watch my steps basically check my heart rate my blood pressure it does that it also has a calorie counter on it so this is the device here it's basically just a simple device not really much to it so if you click it twice there's your steps it's how many miles you've walked how many calories you burned heart rate and that would be your blood pressure if I was wearing it then it has like a little indicator to tells you how long yeah before having the
