what's up YouTube today we're going to be changing the belts repairing a Sony Walkman WM FX 21 the belts in here has gone bad and I'm gonna replace them without further ado let's get started first thing you will need to do to open up this unit is to pop several clips I recommend using a pry tool but in this case I am just going to be using my fingernails and a screwdriver there are a few Clips underneath the cassette door there are arrows showing you exactly where these clips are once you release these clips the unit comes open very easily [Music] and there we go we're in next you'll want to remove the old belt in my case I was very lucky and the belt did not melt onto the flywheels but if this has happened to you just get some rubbing alcohol and a few q-tips to clean off the residue before installing a new belt now I just need to look for my replacement belt [Music] now that I have th
