you ever wonder how to run a string through a piece of conduit so that you can get your electrical wires through there I'm going to show you how to do that today go to one end of the piece of conduit and hook up a shopvac get a piece of string tie off a plastic bag to one end of the string shove it down in the piece of conduit run off about 20% more string than what you actually need I got mine laid out on the ground so it won't get tangled with itself and then tie the end somewhere I've got mine tied to this piece of wire here that way the vacuum won't suck it through come back over to your vacuum [Music] [Applause] yep so here's my plastic bag got one piece of the string coming through the conduit and I tied it off here so it doesn't get pulled back through it's off the top of the conduit to keep water from getting in there most people would use duct tape I don't have duct tape handy
