Today, I'm gonna show you how to make a tissue paper fringe backdrop that you can use for your very own wedding photo booth. Start by pre-cutting the fringe pieces from tissue paper, by folding the tissue paper in half and cutting three quarters of the way up. This is a step you'll wanna start in advance, especially, if you're making a large backdrop. You can even have your friends come over to help you cut and have a fringe cutting party.
