hi guys so in the previous video I talked about Cisco Meraki MX 64 security appliance I talked about the cloud-based network management that Cisco Meraki uses and how it is different from the traditional network management and finally I connected the MX 64 to the internet so it can connect to the Meraki cloud it was showing online on rakhi dashboard and basically was ready to become figure but what if for some reason it doesn't connect to the Meraki cloud I mean I connect it to the Internet but it just doesn't show up online on my rocky dashboard luckily it doesn't happen very often but it is still possible so in this video we're gonna go over how we can troubleshoot and fix that very problem so first of all the led status light is gonna be a good indicator for me if it is not on at all then probably the issue is related to the power may be replacing the power cable or trying a differen
