Electric Strike Faceplate, HES 8000Series

hey guys Maureen it's Jeff with HKS systems just doing a quick little video for the H es 8000 series strikes these are pretty revolutionary strikes when it comes to strike installations they quit quickly made a big change in the world of not having to cut things or damage or destroy frames you're pretty much able to bolt them in a pretty low profile less than an inch and a half so if you could get that clearance you're good to go just put it in there is some minor adjusting you do need to do on that though the first thing is that you need to adjust the gatekeepers and I'll zoom in on this you need to adjust the gatekeepers to allow the actual dead lash function to clear it otherwise what you're going to find is when the door is open it's going to run into these two blocks and stop the door from opening it's designed to have this clear into the actual opening there so it's always got to
