got just a quick training video over the weekend we have an issue where the touchscreen wasn't responding on our on our system and I got a call on the phone as to what I could do to repair it or what is the issue with it if your touchscreen at least the one in our facility is not responding you need to double check that the cables at the bottom of the monitor are connected you'll see that I have a teal connector I don't know if you can see the colors very well but this teal connector right here was not connected so I'm going to tilt the screen back reconnect it right up here in the base not really going to zoom in and show you where it goes because there's only one spot it's going to go and it's color-coordinated okay and and the arrow is at the top of the screen notice how now it is responding everything is working next thing I'm going to go ahead and show you is if you your calibratio
