hey this is me work this is my desk the MacBook here is typically not on my desk and I used to have this over here which is just a wise terminal for testing but I work off of a laptop connected to two monitors and so this is how I sit okay we're gonna touch well I'm gonna talk a little bit about my organ omits and my problems and what I've been dealing with lately is lower back pain and it's probably but it is my fault the way I sit I typically sit like this really low arms rested and and this is about it for hours sometimes I'll sit up like this but it hurts sometimes I'll switch out the chair this chair this is a little bit more the first one was more comfortable this one is a little better for my gergan Amex but still i am i end up leaning back and I'm laying down basically we're all sit at real well kind of be lowrider of course that's not the best ergonomics but a stand-up desk for
