👉1. Why isn't the camera Wi-Fi displayed on my phone's Wi-Fi list?
First of all, you have to confirm that the camera is turned on and has power. If the blue light is on, you need to reset the camera, so that the camera Wi-Fi will display on your phone's Wi-Fi list.

👉2. Why can't I watch the surveillance video on my phone remotely?
You need to connect your phone with the camera Wi-Fi first, and then connect the camera to your home/office Wi-Fi on ''Device settings > Wi-Fi config'' (APP SETTING), then you can watch the video remotely. If you only
connect your phone with the camera Wi-Fi, you can watch the video on your phone within 10m.

👉3. Why can't my phone receive Motion Detection Alarms?
The Motion Detection Alarm is disabled by default, you need to enable this function and set its related attributes on ''Device Settings > Alarm Config''. (APP SETTING)

👉4. Does it comes with the TF card? Can the camera record without TF card?
No. The TF card is not included. The camera can record without TF card and the video will be saved to your phone. But if you don't want to occupy your phone memory, you need to buy a TF card.

👉5. Could the camera work with 5GHz Wi-Fi?
No, it only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

👉6. What situations do I need to reset the camera?
1) The camera Wi-Fi is not displayed in the Wi-Fi list of your phone.
2) Enter wrong Wi-Fi password when connect the camera to your home/office Wi-Fi.
3) Cannot connect the camera to your home/office Wi-Fi.
4) Forget the password.
5) Any other abnormal cases.

With the UID and password of the camera, any device(Android/iOS/Wins/Mac OS) can be connected to this camera with no amount limit. So we suggest you modify the camera password in order to protect you
