One of our favorite diffusing combinations is several drops lemon oil with a drop or two of basil. Directions: Before using always test any new oil on a small patch of skin to ensure you do not have an allergy to the oil.

• Diffusers - 1-6 drops following the diffuser user's manual

• Room Spray - 4 or more drops to 1 cup water

• Bath - 5-10 drops in a normal bath

• Massage Oil - approx. ¼ oz oil in a suitable carrier oil. Apply liberally

• Body mist - 10 drops oil in ¼ cup alcohol and ¾ cup water.

• Perfume - apply directly or dissolve in alcohol
