today I'm going to show you how to remove the battery the memory and the hard drive from a Toshiba model c55 this particular Toshiba is C 55 - b5 299 right here is the battery you remove the battery by taking these two screws out the battery slides out it's on little tracks and that's all that's required because there's no panels on the back of this case you've got to remove all of the screws and lift the entire bottom part of the case off of this computer to have access to the memory chip and the hard drive you've got screws here here here here here here and then there's probably a couple more so we'll get right after that I'm just going to loosen the screws then I'm going to turn the case upside down and let the screws fall once you think you've got all of the screws out there's two more days upside down letting screws go everywhere once you have all the screws out you can remove the
