the first step in the process is to cut your design I'm using this heat transfer vinyl or iron-on vinyl it has one shiny side and one matte side make sure that the matte side is facing up when you put it in your machine and also make sure that your image is flipped so that when you iron it on as you iron it on this way want it to be right side up on your image so it doesn't need to flipped once you have your design I'll cut you can see - cut here you're going to want to weed out all the negative this design has one spot I'm gonna have to be kind of careful with in the West because there's some pretty small pieces [Music] I don't have one of those fancy weed tools that I have found that just using this sewing tool the sewing pick works really well so here's what my design looks like now that I've got rid of all the excess let's head over to the iron and get it attached to the towel the t
