hello welcome to best reviews at YouTube this item has a rating of two point six out of five stars a customer wrote received five days ago the mp3 player works quite well it's very lightweight case appears to be polystyrene it might be a bit nicer if it were made of poly carbonate but that would probably increase the price I won't know how durable or reliable is until I've had it a while longer dot navigating the device menu is a bit tricky user instructions are rather than an elastic more detailed instructions would be nice I've been able to figure most of it out by just playing with the device once you get used to how the controls work it's pretty easy to navigate to different folders I haven't been able to figure out how to setup and use playlists yet as of yet the I use it is to find a folder based on artist name and then play that folder downloaded music onto it by syncing to Windo
