hey everybody it's Doctor Jo and Bee-Remy, and today I'm going to show you my top 10 basic Swiss ball exercises. so let's get started. So a Swiss ball, therapy ball, or stability ball is the kind that you sit on. so the first one is just going to be proper body mechanics on the Swiss ball. the proper body mechanics on a Swiss ball is you want your hip to be at about a 90 degree angle, and your knees to be at about at 90 degree angle. so you don't want to be up high, and you don't want to be down low you. also want your upper body to be nice and vertical. so you're not slouching down, you're not leaning forward, you're not leaning back, but most of the movements are in your hips when you're sitting on the ball. so number two is hip circles. for hip circles, you're going to keep your upper body pretty vertical and just make circles with your hips, so you're going to go around one way and
