here is how you can transcribe audio files without a foot pedal using Express scribe Pro to start launch your Express scribe Pro we are going to configure our shortcut keys or hotkeys for our stop and play actions load your audio file to your Express scribe head on to the options tab select system-wide hotkeys we're gonna add the play and stop as our shortcut keys I'm gonna set F 4 as our play and F 9 as our stop action click the Add button set the command display click Change button and on your keyboard press f4 as you're play you can change it if you want click OK when done click hat again we're gonna add our stop action select command and choose the stop action click the Change button and on your keyboard press f9 you can change the shortcut if you want click OK when done now here are the configured shortcuts I have been configured the f4 as our copy time let us try these shortcuts l
