hello viewers this is a 5.8 gigahertz unit in cordless phone and it got a bit of a situation here at the battery what's happened with the battery is I guess I forgot to charge it up and it ran out so low that when I put the phone on charge it doesn't charge now the reason why it's not charging is because this is a three point six volt battery and the way a telephone charge works is it charged the battery when it recognizes a certain level of voltage and if the battery voltage drops too low which I'm an older battery like this is entirely possible it won't charge it because it won't even recognize the battery now generally speaking you oughta replace the battery when that's happening however battery is good enough for what I use it for so the way I'm going to revive this battery is I'm going to take it and put it into a a 2.4 volt battery charge or a 2.4 volt phone which is this one righ
