hello everybody this is Abraham adesh or Computer Services what we have here is HB and V the model number for this particular one is m6 - w10 5dx on the front it says in the x360 no idea what that means but this particular guy has a broken touchscreen and what happens is if you turn it on there white dots running all over the cracks and you can't use the computer so there's two things that can be done to this computer one is you can internally disable the touchscreen but for some reason it re-enabled itself and starts interfering you can replace the touchscreen and I'll show you the teardown procedure and you can do this connected touchscreen now just saying is more than actually doing it so for this procedure you don't need to take the bottom apart you can just take the top apart if you do take the bottom apart this is how it's done you have to take out all the screws that are exposed
