hi this is her ocean fast tech in this repair tutorial I'm going to be showing you guys how to replace the LCD screen on an iMac this is for the 2009 to 2011 models model number a 1 3 1 1 let's get started we're gonna put suction cups on each side on the corners here and then just pull you see that this sides come off just like that we're going to do the same thing here pull and the screens off and now we're just gonna separate it like so put it on the side and now we have access to the LCD I'm gonna make sure that you don't get any dust on this surface because you're gonna have to clean it off other way to go when you put put everything back together you're gonna see dust particles on the screen the screen is held in by screws there's about I believe there's like more than 7 here and we're gonna have to remove these screws to get the screen out so there's about 8 screws total there Tor
