The backup

and you shift the vehicle into reverse, the backup
camera will be activated and display an image on
your audio system's display. In the image, you'll
notice a set of guidelines to assist you in backing up. The lines on the left and right represent the width of your vehicle, and may curve in accordance
with the steering angle to track your direction
and width if equipped. The lines connecting the width lines are your distance guides. The red one, closest to the bumper, represents about 1.5 feet from the bumper. The center yellow line represents about three feet from the bumper, and it has a center line to help you know where the center of the bumper is.
