hi this is Vanessa what designs - esse today's tutorial is on this beautiful fluffy baby blanket it's a blanket for photography so for newborn photography and you can use it as a regular blanket but I made this specifically for a newborn shoot so this is really really soft it's good for layering your baskets or just to have it layered for texture this is 20 and a half inches wide okay and it is about 40 and a half inches long so it's knitted in stockinette stitches this is a bulky weight yarn but I did use a 15 millimeter needle so it gives it this extra loose fabric and it has a really nice drape to it all right so let's talk about the materials that you need for this project so I have one ball of yarn this yarn is by DHG okay so it's a mixture of alpaca merino nylon and 2% of other fibers and it recommends in u.s. eleven but since we're making a really lacy blanket I'm going to use 15
