hey free streamers back for another video so if your box is ever giving you trouble you've always heard from everybody not to ever do a factory data reset because it ruins your box so I'm gonna defy that myth here and let you know that gosh I've done that plenty of times you know it cleans the box whether you want to do a monthly or if needed but anyway just to show you the steps real quick you're gonna turn on your box of course you're gonna go over to settings we're gonna scroll over to storage and reset okay once you're inside of storage or reset you're gonna scroll down to factory data reset okay then your two options there your highlighted on cancel or you can scroll up to factory data reset you're gonna click okay and then your choice will be erase everything and there you go this process takes a couple of minutes here so I will go ahead and pause the video for now and I'll be rig
