hello welcome to best reviews at YouTube this item has a rating of 3.0 out of 5 stars a customer wrote i bought this from my boys one each I have two boys and taking it out of the box it was easy to set up it includes google play store so all the apps on my account were available to download onto the tablet i check out youtube and netflix on it it downloads fast and the sound is decent but the speakers are better on my Kindle Fire HD but it sounds fine the movies are crisp and clear and it buffers pretty quick when you skip ahead in the film you do have to hold it tilt it away from you a bit to see the screen clearly which was the only thing that I kind of didn't like but it's an anatomically comfortable position I got the blue one in the case is sturdy and not cheap plastic the entire tablet feels good to hold not really light but not heavy the touchscreen is very responsive and works
