so it all starts in january 2014 when the fujifilm xt1 came out [Music] lovely thank you very much cheers [Music] now that camera was revolutionary it is i think hard to overstate how revolutionary that camera was it was a bit like when the 5d mark ii came out and it just transformed the dslr world well i think when the xt-1 came out it transformed the mirrorless world because it was in many ways a dslr killer because it totally transformed the way that um professional photographers approached photography suddenly we had you know we could take a very small camera that was very lightweight we had a um a evf that was beautiful and bright and suddenly we could see a live view through our um cameras it just made photo shoots so much easier and more than that it made them enjoyable it brought back a lot of love for photography amongst photographers and so that was january 2014 when that one
