This upright broom head is expertly crafted with a heavy-duty, genuine Maple hardwood block for increased durability, making it ideal for use in the kitchen, dining or living room, foyer, basement, garage, sidewalk, deck and more. For increased durability, the bristles are securely stapled into this hardwood block to prevent shedding. Each tuft is filled with an extra load of bristles in an offset tufting pattern to ensure complete and thorough sweeping. Made with long-lasting, styrene acrylonitrile bristles which are resistant to chemicals, oil, grease and mildew, these bristles are stiff enough to sweep twigs, sand and pebbles, while the split ends allow the pick-up of fine particles – including dust, sugar, salt, hair, saw dust and more. Fuller Brush’s Indoor/Outdoor Broom Head is available in two sizes for your convenience – a 10-inch block with an 11-inch sweeping path or a 12-inch block with a generous, 13-inch sweeping path.
