straighting AP touch model 2400 it is a thermal printer on it takes eight one-and-a-half volt double-a batteries that says DC 12 volt 12 watts on the power supply it's hard to read but it says DC nine point 5 volts center- now there's no batteries in there obviously so I have two power supplies they're both identical and it says 9 volt 2 amps I'm going to demonstrate that the 9 volt isn't enough voltage it needs 9 and a half volts so we plugged the first one in and then push the button it says replace batteries and then it shuts itself off I'm going to plug in the other cord I'm going to push the button and it says replace batteries and it shuts itself off thanks for watching
