hey everybody this is Ryan with Tesco tech and we've got a startup race between a core i7 3720 QM and a Core 2 Duo t-- 6600 obviously the core i7 is a much faster processor than the core to do I'll go ahead and start the race with the Nova with the core i7 on the left and the HP with the core to do on the right the purpose of this video is just to show how much an SSD can read life into an old system both systems are running Windows 7 Professional with the same programs installed on a clean install then again I just want to demonstrate the difference that an SSD can make in an old computer the HP is also on a SATA 2 bus where they the Nova was on a set of three and you can see both systems are already booted very quickly with the HP with the Core 2 Duo only being 2 to 3 seconds slower than the lenovo with the i7 and the Evo is a slightly faster drive than the crucial bx 100 i know this
