Garmin 010-12520-00 Running Dynamics Pod (Renewed)

[Music] equals raymondc Rimmer come here today about Norman's newest device back to two new devices I've got to be four or 9:35 and I've got the Rd pod now this video is all about the RV pod of the run even MX pot you can see my separate video about the 935 up there but this one I just want to talk about with this tiny little potted now this pod is like the size of a quarter and not even a quarter it's really really small very very tiny and what it's designed to do is replace the Garmin running mm X data that you usually have to get from a heart rate strap so right now I have here a Garmin HRM run strap this came out a couple years ago in different formats this is kind of the second gen version that has that little red rubber piece around it there's also HRM try which is the same sort of thing and it's producing running dynamic data says things like vertical oscillation ground contact t
